PHGaming Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the PHGaming platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to every service offered by PHGaming, including but not limited to slots, live casino games, Sabong betting, basketball betting, fishing games, promotional offers, and VIP Club benefits.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use PHGaming. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 02 Eligibility

PHGaming is an adult-only platform. To create and use an account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. PHGaming will request proof of age as part of account verification.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only – not on behalf of a third party, business, or syndicate.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or be subject to any self-exclusion or exclusion order from PHGaming or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of PHGaming or any associated company, software provider, or service partner.

PHGaming reserves the right to request documentation confirming eligibility at any time and to restrict or close an account where eligibility cannot be established.

03 Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one PHGaming account. Duplicate accounts – whether created under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address – are a serious violation. PHGaming will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate any balances found within them without prior notice.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any payment method details you link to your account. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHGaming login credentials. Never share your password, one-time passwords (OTP), or verification codes with anyone – including people claiming to be PHGaming staff. PHGaming will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email. Any activity that occurs on your account before you report unauthorised access is treated as having been conducted by you.

Verification

PHGaming may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any point where account security or compliance requires it. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Methods

PHGaming accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱200 for InstaPay and bank transfers; ₱500 for Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• PHGaming does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside PHGaming's control.
• PHGaming is not responsible for deposit delays caused by third-party payment networks, bank maintenance windows, or mobile wallet service interruptions.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ₱200 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods verified in your name.
• PHGaming aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours on business days. Timing is not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods.
• PHGaming may require completion of identity verification before releasing the first withdrawal from an account.
• Any bonus funds that do not meet applicable wagering requirements are non-withdrawable and will be deducted before withdrawal processing.

PHGaming reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending a security review, compliance check, or bonus wagering verification. Players will be notified if a review is initiated.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

PHGaming offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each promotion. The rules below apply to all PHGaming bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the stated conditions at the time of claiming.
• Each bonus may be claimed only once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance and become available as withdrawable cash only after the applicable wagering requirement is fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and Sabong may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check each promotion's terms for the specific contribution rates.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire at a specified time after being credited. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• PHGaming reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or misuse.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

Every game available on PHGaming operates according to the rules published within the game interface and any additional specifications provided by the software developer. PHGaming does not alter game rules or payout structures unilaterally. Random number generators used by licensed providers are independently tested for fairness.

• The result of each game round is final once it is confirmed by the server. Displayed animations or visual effects do not override the server-confirmed result.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome is determined by the server record. PHGaming will apply the server result once connection is restored.
• Any malfunction in a game voids the round and returns the stake to the player's balance. PHGaming will not honour payouts generated by a demonstrable technical error or glitch.
• Players may not use any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to access or play games on PHGaming.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific result in a given session.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PHGaming. Violation may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts or using an account registered in another person's name.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or software malfunctions for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
• Using automated software, bots, AI gameplay tools, or scripts during gaming sessions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds.
• Abusing or harassing PHGaming support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions or access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN or proxy services.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any third party.

PHGaming monitors account activity for compliance. Where prohibited conduct is detected, PHGaming will act without prior notice and may co-operate with Philippine law enforcement authorities.

08 Responsible Gaming

PHGaming takes player wellbeing seriously. Gaming is intended to be entertainment – not a source of income and not something that should interfere with your financial responsibilities, relationships, or daily life. • Players can request deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion by contacting PHGaming support.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.
• PHGaming will not market promotional offers to players who have requested responsible gaming restrictions.
• If PHGaming identifies patterns of behaviour that suggest harmful gambling, the platform may proactively contact the player or restrict account activity.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

PHGaming reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A player has violated these Terms and Conditions or any applicable game-specific rules.
• The player's identity cannot be verified to the standard required.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A legal obligation or regulatory requirement necessitates account restriction.
• An account remains inactive for a prolonged period (see dormant account terms below).

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. PHGaming will notify the registered mobile number and email before applying any dormancy fees. Where a dormant account balance falls to zero after applicable fees, the account may be closed.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting PHGaming support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all open wagers and bonus conditions have been resolved. Processing time for account closure withdrawals follows standard withdrawal timelines.

10 Privacy and Data

PHGaming collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using PHGaming, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in that document.

• Player balances are held in segregated accounts separate from company operational funds.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on PHGaming – including but not limited to the PHGaming brand name, logo, platform design, software, game content, text, images, and promotional materials – is the property of PHGaming or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify any part of the PHGaming platform or its content without prior written permission from PHGaming.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights in the PHGaming platform or any content accessed through it. Game content is additionally protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective game developers and publishers.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHGaming's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PHGaming is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities arising from platform downtime, game errors, or payment delays beyond PHGaming's reasonable control.
• Interruptions in third-party services, including GCash, Maya, bank transfers, or internet connectivity.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Decisions made by players during gaming sessions, including session length, stake selection, and bonus opt-ins.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind.

PHGaming provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unscheduled maintenance windows, software updates, or force majeure events may temporarily affect access, and PHGaming will not be held liable for service interruptions outside its direct control.

13 Amendments to Terms

PHGaming may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or platform features. When material changes are made, PHGaming will notify registered players via the mobile number or contact details on file, and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of PHGaming after notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you may request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the terms of PHGaming's gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, PHGaming and the player agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through PHGaming's support channels in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within a reasonable timeframe, the matter may be referred to the appropriate licensing authority or a competent Philippine court, depending on the nature of the dispute. Players agree that any claims must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim.
